B. The Hidden Messages in Pain - Kathleen Iannucci

Pain, whether spiritual, emotional or physcial, is a shared human experience. Learnhow pain is a way that our bodies speak to us. We will explore the wisdom of Chinese medicine, learn how pain is created in our life and how we can release it through natural methods.

 

C. Writing Spiritual Memoirs - Deborah DeNicola

Isn't it time you told your story? We all have revelations from monumental moments in our past when we began to shift. This class will prompt you into a piece of writing about your own awakening and in the process, discover new insights.

What is a reputation and how do you get one or how does one get you? We will propose questions for self-evaluation to provoke deep soul-searching to help you decide how you want to show up in the world. We will define and explore the concepts of communication, commitment, integrity and responsibility and see how they all interact to mold how we are viewed by others. You will be provided the opportunity to re-evaluate some of your own core values. Re-invention techniques will be provided that can be applied immediately.

C. Labyrinth Walk - Sara Dochterman

The labyrinth is an ancient spiritual tool that is thousands of years old, walked by millions of people of all cultures and traditions. The labyrinth is not a maze, as it has no wrong turns or dead ends. Rather than a puzzle to be solved, it is a walking prayer, with only one path to the center. Participants are invited to experience the labyrinth as a form of meditation, used to calm and quiet the mind. Following the walk, materials will be provided for creative expression and time for sharing.
