At the Duncan Conference Center, your comfort is our priority. We offer overnight lodging options and many convenient amenities to help make your stay relaxing.

Capacity

We have two lodging buildings with a total of 40 rooms. Each room has two beds, meaning that we can traditionally host up to 80 guests at maximum capacity.

Due to COVID-19, we are only allowing single occupancy until further notice. Exceptions are made for those in cohorts.

St. Paul’s Lodging Building

In 1984, Norman Ross became the first director of the Duncan Conference Center. The St. Paul’s Lodging Building was our first ever on the property when we opened just months later in April 1985.

St. Gregory’s Lodging Building

Less than five years before the Duncan Conference Center first opened, it was time to expand. Construction on the St. Gregory’s Lodging Building began in October 1988 in time to open for guests in March 1989.

This building was a very special addition to our center as it was made possible through the contribution of multiple churches in the Diocese, including the St. Gregory’s Episcopal Church in Boca Raton.

Lodging Accommodations

Each of our lodging rooms has two comfortable beds, along with a private bathroom. WiFi is available, and we provide both a hairdryer and iron.

If you’re looking to relax outside your room or meet with others in your group, there are three common area lounges.

Guests are also able to reserve handicap-accessible lodging rooms. We have two on the first floor of each lodging building along with handicap-friendly showers. Please contact your group leader if you need to reserve one of these rooms.

What’s Included

When you book one of our packages, it will include one lodging room and the use of our conference space. We have two conference buildings: Weeks Conference Building and the Stahl Conference Building.

Our property has a wide range of outdoor seating, an outdoor labyrinth, a pool, and a hot tub. Our guests will have access to all of these amenities from 3 p.m. on arrival day through 1 p.m. on departure day. During your stay, three meals are also provided by Joshua Catering. Your meals will start with dinner on the day of your arrival through lunch on your departure day.

Packages come with housekeeping services from our highly trained staff as well.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and the precautions outlined by the CDC, housekeeping is now available only upon request until further notice. If you do request housekeeping service, our staff will always conduct cleaning with your safety in mind. Masks and proper sanitation will be used.

If anyone in your group has dietary restrictions, we would be happy to notify Joshua Catering prior to your arrival. There will also be the opportunity to discuss any dietary restrictions with the Director of Catering.
